SCOTT:NEW ADDIDCT GRAVEL
A campaign created for the new Scott gravel bicycle. Inspired by the famous Badlands gravel race, this project took us to the desert of Almeria, a place where we could find landscapes worthy of the most famous of races.
For this project, we based ourselves on telling a story based on the need of two cyclists to get away from the routine and stereotypes in order to find their wilder side far away from the city, in the desert.
The light was our greatest ally for developing this story. We played with the warm light of dawn and dusk to find the greatest level of expression in the characters and the landscapes. Moreover, to enhance the organic aspect of the new Scott Addict model we decided to shoot it in analogue on Super 8, looking for the textures and effects that have helped us to strengthen the rhythms of the piece.
We would like to thank the whole team at Scott and Janosch Wintermantel for their confidence in RestArts to carry out this project as well as for the experience that we have had.
