Alex Roca was the first person with cerebral palsy to finish the Titan Desert, one of the toughest mountain bike races in the world.

Ever since he was a child, Alex Roca has been conditioned by society, which told him he couldn’t have a normal life, couldn’t study, couldn’t play sports, couldn’t drive and couldn’t have a girlfriend. But he has dedicated himself to proving that, with hard work and ambition, you can get what you want.

We were there to see him drop out in his first race and pick himself up in the second. He faced the great challenge of finishing this race and succeeded. Thank you, Alex, for letting us join you. It’s been an honour.
