BH: Aerolight
The search for perfection is something that has obsessed mankind for many years. That perfection that never comes.
We have based our latest campaign for BH, the prestigious Spanish bicycle brand, on this search. The storytelling created for this audiovisual piece talks about the obsession of an architect in search of perfection. A search that can take him to the brink of insanity. Or not, if he finally manages to find it. And that is what happens. Our main character finds perfection in BH’s latest release, the new Aerolight.
The light and the night, our best allies
Our obsession with this project was to find a cinematographic piece with an atmosphere of intrigue, contrasting cold and warm lights and natural camera movements. For this reason, we were shooting for three days from mid-afternoon to early morning. By sticking to these working hours, we were able to ally ourselves with sunrises, sunsets and the deepest dark of night. In addition, we chose specific locations that would bring dynamism to the riding: illuminated bridges, long roads…
First experience with our new Black Arm
In addition, this shoot has given us the opportunity to use for the first time the latest investment made by RestArts, our new Black Arm, which allows us to fix the camera to the vehicle and to perform front, rear, and sidetracking shots, providing a lot of stability to the image and opening a new range of possibilities in all our shootings.
A small, big family
Year by year; project by project we have been shaping the RestArts crew, a crew that is constantly moving, changing, evolving. For this shoot we have Ari Oña as DOP, Sebas Romero as photographer, Pato González as runner (and king of the Black Arm), Ester sin Hache as producer and Horacio Cabilla as director. In addition, we extended the family with Maria and Iñigo from BH, and Mick, our rider. It was a real pleasure to work with them and to find people who make it so easy.
